Refund policy
## Returns
Because every item is custom-made and personalized specifically for you, **we are unable to accept returns or exchanges** except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item received. Since production begins only after your design is submitted, personalized items cannot be resold or reused for another order once created.

### Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
### Non-returnable items
As personalized products, all items sold in our store fall under this exception and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has begun. This also applies to sale items and gift cards.
### European Union 14-day cooling off period
Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Since every item we sell is custom-made for you, orders shipped into the EU are not eligible for the standard 14-day cooling off period. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the protections outlined in "Damages and issues" above still apply.
### Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or incorrect items. Once we've received and inspected the reported issue, we'll notify you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
